Senior Materials Expert
Senior Materials Specialist possess 25+ years of experience in the selection, evaluation, and testing of protective coatings, tank linings, geomembranes, geotextile liners, the writing of project scope and coating specifications, technical inspection procedures and documentation, project management, surface preparation industry standards, application methods, repair methods, and trouble-shooting. Each individual brings their own unique knowledge project experiences and knowledge.
Senior Corrosion & Coatings Program Advisors
A Senior Corrosion/Coatings Program Advisor will have 15+ years of protective coatings and linings experience working with project specification, project experience working in technical inspection and/or industrial painting applications and contracting management, working knowledge of application methods, surface preparation standards, troubleshooting, etc. Specific market and project knowledge experience. specification evaluation, review, writing, and client interface. Advisors are required to have NACE II, SSPC Coating Inspection Certifications, or equivalent.
Senior Coating Inspector (NACE III CIP with Peer Review)
NACE III Certified Coating Inspectors are required to have a minimum of 10+ years of protective coatings and linings experience in technical inspection plus a current NACE III Certification. Each NACE III CIP will have completed extensive training in project inspection, documentation, reading, interpretation, and compliance with the client's coating specifications, product datasheets, and surface preparation standards. Specific market and project knowledge experience. and client interface.
Coating Inspector (NACE I and II)
Coating Inspectors are required to have a minimum of 3+ years of protective coatings and linings experience in technical inspection plus completion of NACE Level I or II Training, and/or satisfactory project and field experience. Each Inspector will be trained in the inspection of surface preparation, coating application, reading, and use of product data sheets, specifications, documentation, and compliance with the client's coating specifications.
